The Cannon
Bluff Homeowner Association exists to support the interests of the homeowners
within our membership. Many factors separate CBHOA from other HOA
organizations, such as very low annual dues, no intrusive HOA covenants, and
transparency in management through posted board meeting minutes and regular
newsletters to keep our community informed. CBHOA also provides
representation to Prince William County for Cannon Bluff community
interests. Homeowners benefit from enhanced property values, park improvements
and updates, paving of the park access road, and park security patrols. Board of Directors ·
